Friday evening 5, June 27th: MLR Annual Meeting, dinner, & networking reception – 4:00p.m. – 7:30p.m.
Kick off the weekend with the MLR Annual Meeting, where you’ll hear from MLR staff, board members and lake association leaders, and partners. Learn about the impact of MLR’s programs and hear firsthand updates on the important work being done to protect and preserve Minnesota’s lakes. After the meeting, stay for an evening of networking with members, participants, and program partners. Connect, share ideas, and collaborate on the next steps for our mission.
Saturday, June 28th: Stop Starry Stonewort Summit
Start your Saturday with a delicious breakfast and a series of impactful panels covering critical issues facing Minnesota’s water resources. Topics will include:
- Aquatic Invasive Species
- Shoreline Stewardship
- Lake Association Leadership and Engagement
This summit brings together experts, leaders, and MLR members to share strategies for tackling starry stonewort and other invasive species, improving water quality, and engaging communities in lake preservation. You’ll leave with valuable knowledge, practical skills, and new connections to help support MLR’s mission to protect and preserve Minnesota’s lakes for generations to come.
